submitted by Victor C. - |Recommended: YesNice place to live — I started living at Rising Sun about one and a half years ago and everything is going well so far, never had any issues with the property itself. My only complain is that the lease renew was only sent 1 month prior to the expiration of the previous one. It would be helpful to receive the renew a few months before the lease expiration.
